The Company's Board of Directors are made up of the following individuals;
Richard, as well as being a Managing Partner of Citation Capital Management Ltd, is also a Non-Exec Director for several Alternative Investment Funds. He has worked at Compagnie des Metaux Precieux (CMP), Gerald Metals Ltd, Drexel Burnham Lambert and Refco SA Paris as a Founding Director before transferring to London to become Managing Director of Refco Overseas Ltd. He was appointed Chairman of the International Petroleum Exchange and the Futures Industry Association and a Director of the Board of the London Metal Exchange Ltd and the London Commodity Exchange.
David founded his first company in 1975 and later developed properties across Europe and Russia before listing EPH Limited as a PLC. He became one of the UK’s first ‘SuperBrokers’ with Easy Loans, later sold to London Scottish Bank Plc. Since 2007, David has developed renewable energy and infrastructure projects including biomass, wind, solar and waste-to-energy, and is currently developing a major biofuel plant.
Philippe spent 14 years within Commodities and Structured Finance with French Bank ‘BNP Paribas’ and was based in Paris, London and Houston before moving to leading world traders Vitol and being appointed CFO. His knowledge covers both electronic and physical commodities transactions and extends into the incorporation of mining infrastructure. He has experience in oil, gas and mining within West and Central Africa and the Gulf of Guinea. He is presently CFO at Kariya Energy Ltd and a Non-Exec Director of Beko Capital Advisory.

Clive has an extensive banking background, having worked with Midland Bank and HSBC for 30 years, ultimately as Area Director of HSBC, Isle of Man. He became a member of the council of the Association of Licensed Banks and President of the IFS. Clive was responsible for Leveraged Buyouts and structured finance transactions and managed a Special Situations portfolio. He holds a degree in Banking & Finance, a Diploma in Management Studies and a Diploma in Company Direction.
Tim was a British diplomat from 1981–2018, serving in Tokyo, Madrid, Lisbon, Morocco, Mauritania, Congo, South Sudan and more. He promoted trade and investment, directed the UK’s inward investment programme from Japan, and led political work on Southern Africa, Europe and the UN. Since leaving Government, Tim advises companies on investment in Africa across energy, power, infrastructure and healthcare.
